I am finding it harder and harder to maintain a good dynamic of patient care teams. The MD I work under is excellent at getting people to do what needs to be done without making them feel like they are working “for” him but rather with him.

My Creed.

To cure sometimes,
To treat often,
To comfort always.
Imagine what a turn medicine would take if the whole upcoming generation of medical practitioners held this creed. I like to thing the change has already begun.


It’s always inspiring to see a family pull through some hard times (with some help from the big guy, of course). Read this.
